Banastre Tarleton Band’s “Rockin’ With America Live” was recorded at a show in August 1991 that featured BTB as the opening act for Bachman-Turner Overdrive. The site was The Cole Country Fair in Jefferson City, Missouri in front of an enthusiastic SRO crowd. Firing on all cylinders, the band delivered knockout performances of its most popular songs like Electric Women, Redwings, and Good As Gold, plus energy-filled renditions of the Ramone’s Rockaway Beach and Mott The Hoople’s One Of The Boys. The 1991 lineup, which included Screamin’ Randy Beeman, David Winford, and Banastre Tarleton, reformed in December 2008 (minus bassist Mark Brinkerhoff who was replaced by Chavez Smith).
